My Meatloaf with Eggs


Ingredients:

1.5 to 2 lbs of ground beef
1 lg yellow grated onion
1 Tbsp minced garlic
.5 cup ketchup
1 beaten egg
.5 cup stuffing any flavor
3-4 Tbsp Worstershire sauce
.5 Tbsp of chilli pepper
Salt to taste

Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Have 3 hard boiled eggs peeled.
Place 1/2 mix in loaf pan. Place eggs back to back in the middle and cover with the rest of meat mixture.

Brush lightly with Sweet Baby Rays.
Cook 1 hr at 350. At 10 minutes left, sprinkle Italian shredded cheese on top and brown it.

Cool for 20-30 minutes before cutting to avoid crumbling. Serve with vegetables.
